Spiced up Fruit Salad
I’ve been craving fruit salad since I had some the other day. I’m really picky when it comes to freshness/ripeness/texture of fruit. If it’s not quite right, I don’t eat it. That makes it a little hard on my fruit intake during the winter when there’s not quite an abundance of fresh fruit. If the fruit’s cut up I don’t really notice so much, so obviously fruit salad was the perfect answer!
Cut up lots-o-fruit:
The best thing about fruit salad is that it doesn’t really matter what you put it. Today I did:
2 apples (1 red delicious, 1 golden delicious)
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
and the secret ingredients….
cinnamon and vanilla! yumm
