Happy Birthday Baby Girl!

Well I’m on camera #3…the store manager says it’s supposed to make the funny noise (??) and that that’s just how the pictures turn out. I guess I’m a snob because I would prefer my pictures come out crystal clear haha. Oh well, maybe I will just need to save up for a more advanced model down the road. Camera #3 is focusing slightly better than the previous two, so I guess I’ll take it.
Anyway.
Yesterday was a VERY exciting day…I got to meet a beautiful 15-hour old baby! Our good friends proudly welcomed their baby girl into the world early-early yesterday morning, and we were lucky enough to be able to stop by and say hi.
Nothing tops meeting a new baby, so it was a low-key evening after that, which was just what I was in the mood for.
I had some Progresso Light Chicken and Dumpling Soup:
I’d have to say the “dumplings” did not impress. I’ll stick with homemade.
And one of these:
This did impress. So good. Flying Dog In-Heat Wheat Hefeweizen. I definitely recommend!
Then the husband I watched The Hangover and Hancock. I saw The Hangover in theaters and loved it; it was just as good a second time. I was ready to fall asleep during Hancock because I was assuming it was going to be a horrible movie, but I was wrong- I actually really enjoyed it. It had much more of a “story” than the previews let on.

Races, Training, Calendars, oh my! Running + Thinking = Rinking?

I still want to see The Hangover- I heard it’s hilarious.
And the baby girl is adorable (I’m assuming it’s a girl b/c of the pink blanket 😉 )
