First I made some resolutions. Cuz that’s what you do in January. (I even checked in on them)
I had my first race of the year! The Resolution Run 5K on Jan 1st.
Filled you in on my foot saga.
Read and reviewed some books: Eat, Pray, Love,
In Defense of Food,
Julie & Julia
Introduced Did You Know Tuesdays
And made some great recipes: croque monsieurs,
spinach pear salad,
Experimented with new foods: bok choy and purple sweet potatoes
Made a training schedule…and starting training for the Tobacco Road Half Marathon!
As far as running goes, I’ve run 48.22 miles!
Can’t wait to see what February holds!
