Weekend’s here!!! It doesn’t really feel like the weekend since I still have to work and all my fun plans got cancelled due to snow. It wouldn’t be so bad but we really didn’t get anymore weather last night.
On to oats!!
Oat combo plus the rest of the Greek yogurt carton stirred in. I like that the Oikos doesn’t seem to have as much of the sour “tang” that some others I’ve tried have- it works better in the oats. Then a drizzle of almond butter and a spoonful of PB. Plus an extra sprinkle of coconut & walnuts!
And coffee 🙂
Mollie over at Eat, Run, Read tagged me with the task of sharing 3 items on my bucket list. I’ve been thinking long and hard ever since! There’s a lot of things I’d like to do, but to be honest, I’ve never really thought about it in terms of a “bucket list”. (A bucket list is a list of things you want to do before you die.)
I definitely definitely want to do more traveling- experience new cultures, languages, cuisines…there’s so many places I want to go that I can’t pick just one (or even three) to put on my bucket list, so I’m going to focus more on actual things I want to accomplish.
1. Finish an Ironman triathlon
2. Learn to surf
3. Go cliff diving somewhere tropical (ok I kinda ran out of ideas here…shoot I can’t even come up with three? I need to work on this…)
