I’m training for the Tobacco Road Half Marathon on March 21st! Here’s a look at my training schedule:

    Hi! Where did you get your half marathon training calendar? I’m preparing to do one but haven’t found a training plan I like yet. Thanks!

      It’s sort of a combination of a bunch of plans I’ve seen, but mostly based off of Hal Higdon’s plan. I like it because of all the cross-training worked in!

    Hi! Thanks for sharing.. I am running the Tabaco half too. My first.. I just started training last week so I am a little behind you but think I can do it. I hope so! Good luck..

    hey there! thanks for posting on my blog so i can find yours! i love it! i enjoy running and am currently training for my first marathon….however, weather or not i have the guts to actually run that distance is another thing! πŸ™‚
