It’s sort of a combination of a bunch of plans I’ve seen, but mostly based off of Hal Higdon’s plan. I like it because of all the cross-training worked in!

hey there! thanks for posting on my blog so i can find yours! i love it! i enjoy running and am currently training for my first marathon….however, weather or not i have the guts to actually run that distance is another thing! 🙂
